Hi there, can you tell me how to use the outdoor pool?

Of course! Do you have your room key with you?

Yes, I do.

Great. You'll need to use your room key to access the pool area. It's right outside, past the lobby.

Okay, got it. What are the pool hours?

The pool is open from 8am to 10pm. Is there anything else you need to know?

Is there a lifeguard on duty?

We don't have a lifeguard, but we do have pool attendants who keep an eye on things.

What about towels?

There are towels available at the poolside, just help yourself.

Sounds easy, any other rules or tips?

Yes, please shower before entering the pool and only use plastic cups for drinks. Also, feel free to use our pool loungers and umbrellas.

That's great, thank you.

No problem! Enjoy your swim and let us know if you need anything else.

Will do, thanks again!

You're welcome, have a great day!
