Our best-selling Earl Grey tea comes from the Darjeeling region and has a delicate and smooth taste. Oolong tea from the Fujian province is also popular among our regular customers.

Certainly. For Earl Grey, it's best to steep the tea leaves in hot water for 3-5 minutes at 95°C. For Oolong, steeping time can range from 1-5 minutes, depending on your preference. Water temperature should be around 85°C.
