Hi there! How may I assist you today?

Hi! I'm interested in discussing the overseas exchange program.

Absolutely! Which countries are you interested in?

I was thinking of Japan or South Korea, but I'm also open to other options.

Those are great choices! Have you looked into the requirements and qualifications for the program?

Yes, I have. It seems like I need to have a certain level of language proficiency, which I'm currently working on.

That's great to hear! Language skills are definitely important for any international program. What kind of activities are you hoping to do during the exchange program?

I really want to immerse myself in the local culture and try new things. I've always been interested in Japanese and Korean pop culture, so it would be great to attend concerts or events.

Sounds like an amazing experience! Have you thought about any specific universities or organizations to apply to?

Not yet, do you have any recommendations?

Yes, there are plenty of reputable universities and organizations that offer exchange programs. I can send you a list of options so you can research further.

That would be fantastic, thank you so much!

No problem at all. Just make sure to keep up with your language studies and prepare well for the application process.

Will do! Thanks for all your help and advice.

Of course, happy to assist. Good luck with your overseas exchange program goals!
