(laughs) That's true. We're just trying to picture ourselves living here.

Of course, that's important. Have you thought about the neighborhood?

Yes, we like the area. It's close to the park and the schools we're interested in.

That's great. And the backyard is a nice space for kids to play.

Definitely. We noticed there's a fruit tree back there too.

Yes, it's an apple tree. Perfect for pies and cider in the fall.

(laughs) You're making me hungry.
