Hi, I need to check my luggage weight.

Sure, no problem. How many bags do you have?

Two, one big and one small.

Okay, let's start with your big bag. Can you please put it on the scale?

Sure thing. *puts the bag on the scale*

Great, that one weighs 23 kilos. What about your small bag?

*puts the small bag on the scale* Hmm, it's only 7 kilos.

Perfect! Your total luggage weight is 30 kilos, well under the limit.

Phew, I was worried I might have to pay an overweight fee.

Don't worry, we wouldn't let you leave with an overweight bag.

You guys are lifesavers. Thank you!

It's all part of the job. Have a safe and enjoyable flight!

Thanks, you too!
