This dish features fresh scallops caught from the nearby coastal waters, cooked to perfection with a touch of butter and herbs.

So glad you like it. How about we move on to the wines? This bottle is a 2018 Pinot Noir with hints of raspberry and vanilla. What can you tell us about it, Mr. B?

The color is a deep ruby, and the aromas are inviting. On the palate, it has a smooth texture with a lingering finish. I’d say this is an outstanding vintage.

That’s great to hear. Our winemakers have worked tirelessly to create a world-class wine. Up next, we have a hearty main course.

Ah, a beef Wellington! This is a classic dish that I always appreciate. The meat is cooked to perfection, and the pastry adds a lovely texture.

I’m glad you enjoyed it. Our winemakers recommended pairing this dish with a 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon. It’s a silky wine with hints of black fruit and spice.

This wine has a distinct depth with a lasting aftertaste. It pairs perfectly with the beef Wellington.

This is our take on a classic Japanese dessert, matcha ice cream. We’ve added an element of surprise with a dash of ginger on top.
