Yeah, it’s been quite hectic. We had a couple of large parties last night, and we’re still trying to catch up from it.

I can imagine. But, hey, at least that means business is booming, right?

Absolutely. Speaking of which, have you come up with any new dishes for the menu?

Yes, I have a few ideas brewing in my head. I was thinking of adding a lobster bisque and salmon Wellington.

Those sound delicious! I can’t wait to try them. By the way, did you hear about the new French bakery that just opened down the street?

No way! That sounds fantastic. We should definitely go try it out together after work.

Agreed. I’m always up for a good croissant. But first, let’s get through tonight’s service.

Sounds like a plan. By the way, do you need any help in the kitchen tonight?

Actually, yes, that would be great. We have a private event in the back room, and I could use an extra hand.

No problem, I’m on it. I’ll make sure to whip up some delicious hors d'oeuvres and entrees for them.
