Hi A! It's been busy, but so far everything is going smoothly. How about in the kitchen?

We're keeping up with the orders. What do we have on the menu tonight?

Well, we have a new dish that the chef just added, it's a beef curry with vegetables and rice. It's been very popular.

That sounds delicious! I'm actually just finishing up the last few orders for the salmon dish.

Oh great, that one is always a hit. How do you prepare the salmon?

We season it with salt, pepper and lemon juice and then grill it. We also serve it with a side of asparagus.

Yum, that sounds amazing. I just took an order for two of them.

No problem, I'll get right on it. How about you? Have you tried any of our new cocktails?

I actually tried the mango margarita the last time I was here, and it was fantastic!

That's one of my personal favorites too. Alright, I have the salmon ready. Do you need any help bringing it out to the customers?
