I have a special blend today, it's called the Cambridge Sunrise. It's a medium roast with hints of caramel and a citrusy finish.

I've been here for about two years now. I love working here and meeting all the different people that come in for coffee.

That's great to hear. I've been a pastry chef for about five years now and I love experimenting with different flavors.

That's awesome, do you have any signature pastries?

Yes, my signature pastry is the raspberry macaron. It's a light and crispy French pastry filled with a tangy raspberry filling.

Mmm that sounds delicious, I'll have to try one sometime. So, do you have any plans for the weekend?

Actually, I'm going to a baking convention in London. I'm really looking forward to learning some new techniques and meeting other pastry chefs.
