Hi there! Welcome to our wildlife conservation area. Are you guys excited for your ecology adventure?

Yes! We can't wait to see some animals in their natural habitats.

Awesome! I'm A, your naturalist guide for today's adventure. Let's get started by going through the safety guidelines.

Sure thing, A!

Firstly, stay on the designated paths at all times to ensure the safety of both you and the wildlife. And please, no feeding the animals.

Got it! What kind of animals can we expect to see today?

We have a lot of different animals in this area, including elk, bighorn sheep, and bears!

Wow! What do you suggest we do if we encounter a bear?

Make sure to make lots of noise to alert the bear of your presence. Slowly back away and do not run or turn your back on the bear.

Okay, that's good to know. Do you have any advice for spotting wildlife?

Keep your eyes peeled and try to be quiet. Many animals can hear and smell us before we see them. And don't forget to look up in the trees!

Will do! What's the most exciting sighting you've had out here?

Oh, that's a tough one. I once saw a mountain lion navigating the cliffs near the rocky outcroppings!

That sounds incredible! How long have you been a naturalist guide?

I’ve been working in conservation and naturalism about 10 years now. It's a dream job, I get to share my love for the outdoors and educate people about the importance of protecting our environment.

We can tell how passionate you are about your job! So, any tips for enjoying the hike and staying comfortable?

Wear sturdy shoes, dress in layers, and bring plenty of water and snacks. And always remember - take nothing but pictures, leave nothing but footprints.

Absolutely! Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge with us, A.

It's my pleasure, let's get hiking and see what nature has in store for us today!
