We're making good progress. We've harvested almost half of the grapes and will start crushing them soon.

Yes, I recently tried a red from a local vineyard that was quite impressive.

That sounds interesting. What grape variety was it made from?

It was made from 100% Merlot grapes. The flavor was quite rich and full-bodied.

Well, I grew up near vineyards and always found them fascinating. When I got the opportunity to work in one, I jumped at the chance. I love being involved in every step of the winemaking process. How about you, A? What inspired you to become a wine cellar manager?

I've always been interested in the science behind winemaking, and I love the challenge of ensuring that each wine is stored in the best possible conditions. Plus, working with such a delicious product is a huge perk!
