Good afternoon, I am your tour guide for today. Welcome to this beautiful vineyard in South Australia. This is one of the most famous wine regions in the world.

Hi there! Great to have you here. We are proud of our winery, which produces some of the finest wines in the country. Are you ready for a wine-tasting experience?

Absolutely! I can't wait to try out some of your award-winning wines. Can you tell us more about the winemaking process?

Of course, we start by selecting the grapes from the vineyard, then we use modern techniques to crush and press them to extract the juice. After which we store it in oak barrels to create the rich aroma and flavours.

That sounds amazing. How long do you typically store your wine before you sell it?

We use traditional methods and age our wines for at least three years in the barrels. But some of our vintage wines can age for up to a decade or more.

Wow, that's definitely an extensive process. I can't wait to taste some of these creations. Which wines are we trying today?

Today we will be trying a few of our award-winning wines such as our fruity Shiraz, fresh Sauvignon Blanc, and our popular Merlot.
